The instigation of this complete package commences with the preparation of the RJA brief. We carry this out in close liaison with the client. Following agreement of the brief, a proposal is submitted, which will cover timescales, landmarks at various stages, recruitment and training plans and costs.
The next step of the programme is the insertion of experienced RJA staff into the environment in order to plan out the working procedures and to gain invaluable experience in the likely issues the security team may face.
Generally we plan and run our recruitment search through our established channels and sources. Resulting in carefully selected candidates who fit the profile for the position. Prior to engagement we follow up on background and references and prepare a career and training plan for each individual. A formal handover is co-ordinated with you, together with a back-up consultancy agreement from RJA which acts as a sounding board for the department throughout the settling in period. |
